By registering for or using the Platform, you consent to this cross-border transfer. elev8 does not transfer personal data to countries or territories restricted by the Government of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). As the Government of India publishes implementing Rules and any restrictions on cross-border transfers, elev8 will update its practices accordingly and notify affected users.
