Our Story
After decades in hiring, we got fed up.
After decades in hiring, as recruiters and as hiring managers, we kept seeing the same problem. Every resume started looking the same. Perfect formatting, perfect keywords, a flawless match to the job posting. The interviews weren't far behind.
We got fed up. Fed up sifting through stacks of polished applications that said everything right but revealed nothing real. The honest candidate, the one who actually did the work, kept getting buried under the noise.
